It’s Coming…

P.S.  The Giveaway is open until I reveal the secret, so keep those guesses coming :).   Comments are now closed.  Congratulations Amber!

As part of the perks of having a well read blog, sometimes companies send me things.  They ask me to tell you my opinion, and I get to keep whatever it is.  I was contacted this week by CSN stores for just an offer and I’m SUPER excited about this one.  It’s not a coffee maker , but it goes in your kitchen.  If you set this out at a garage sale, instead of a lemonade stand, people would be talking about it for months and make a point to check out your sale next year.  Ooh, not just garage sales, but birthday parties will never be the same.  And what about the next family BBQ?

It's better than Lemonade

The cool thing about CSN is that they have a huge range of items, over 200 online stores and a million products.  If you need it you can find it at CSN and it will probably be on discount with reasonable or free shipping.  So stay tuned and I’ll let you know when the mystery item arrives.  But first I need to go find the party hats!

Can you guess what it is?  Leave a comment with your guess and I’ll draw a name for a free Grocery Shrink ebook or Slow and Savory book.  Already have one?  You can designate a friend to get it.

Oooh, is it a Keurig? I’ve been dreaming of one for two years. {Maybe everyone else guessed this too. I didn’t check the comments first.} I got your recipe e-book by the way. Saw you on The Nester. It’s great! Just sent the link to a friend.

I really have no idea. I am just throwing this out there because I was going to by the Grocery Shrink book for a friend: popcorn maker?

I’m guessing a lemonade ‘fountain’. We just saw one at a party we were at last weekend, only it had iced tea in it! It’s kinda like a chocolate fountain but for drinks, pretty neat looking, the lemonade continuously pours down the bowls and you just put your cup under to catch the drink 🙂

I’m guessing one of those shaved ice drink makers- like the margarita ones, only you can use it for any kind of drink. That would be cool- I really dig shaved ice 😀

I cannot wait to find out! LOL – I am racking my brain & all I can think of is a sno-cone machine or slushee???? I’m on pins & needles!

What a neat website they have – I’m drooling over all the kitchen supplies! HA! I think they’re sending you a juicer – people love fresh juice; I know that when I could afford to make my own juice (I have a Jack Lalaine Power Juicer), I really loved it!
Enjoy the new product and tell us all about it!!!

Wow, what can it be????? How about one of those fancy coffee machines that you put the little cup of coffee in it? Please let us know what it is, the suspense is getting to me

I really appreciate all your good advice and read every weekly e-mail you send. Keep the good stuff comin’!

  9. Aubrey says:

I love reading your blog and emails… my guess is an ice cream maker… Keep up the great work!

  10. Christine says:

Hmmm…could it be a chocolate fountain? We used two of them at my son’s junior prom this year and sure was a hit!

  11. Kelly says:

I haven’t a clue – but sounds like it must be nice! Perhaps a chocolate fountain – I mean who doesn’t like chocolate?

  12. Caroline says:

I’m going to go with a snowcone machine. That would be wonderful at a BBQ! I bet I could get more takers for a snowcone stand than a lemonade stand…

  13. Laura says:

Could it be a Soda Stream? (Not sure if you have the same brand name in the USA as here in Australia, but it’s a machine that puts the fizzy gas into water and then you add whatever flavouring you like). You can easily make softdrinks (fizzy drinks) without all the nasties and sugar that come with the shop-bought variety
    .
Either way, sounds like something a little bit different! Can’t wait to find out…. Laura

  14. Kiki says:

I think it’s a Cuisinart Mix It Soft Ice Cream Maker!
You can make soft ice cream, yogurt, sorbet and sherbet…

  15. Stacey says:

For me, any kind of coffee machine would be better than lemonade!! But, how about a machine that makes coffee on one side and lemonade on the other…….hmmmm, the best of both worlds!!! Can’t wait to find out what it is!

  16. Morgan says:

Hmm maybe a Vitamix blender? Those things are awesome. Or a homemade ice cream maker? I want one of those old-fashioned wooden ones so badly! I’m new to your site but so enjoying the info you share! Thanks so much.

  17. Suzie says:

I know I am way off, but I want a carpet steamer so maybe you will get one? I would love to read your review.

A samovar?* Had to have a unique guess- though the wrong season.

    Would love to win!

    * a heated metal container traditionally used to heat and boil water in and around Russia. They are really “cool” looking.
