Hey Butterfly, are you ready to come out and play?

Fit Yummy Mummy’s Fall Transformation Challenge starts Tuesday, September 4th  And registration doors opened today.  If you are new to FYM, you’re going to love it.  It’s a sensible eating and exercise program that will get you the results you are looking for in just 15-20 minutes a day.  I’ve been a member at FYM for just over a year now and can’t tell you how amazing it is to be part of a community of women all encouraging one another.

To join the fall challenge, you must be a member at ClubFYM.  But it’s most effective to first purchase the FYM ebook and video set.  It lines everything out for you and with the purchase, your first month of club membership is free.  You can read more about it here. Or at the FYM button on the right.

As cheap as I am, this is one purchase I’ve never regretted.

The last challenge was only 6 weeks.  This one is 12.  If you have had trouble sticking to a fitness program before, we would be great friends :).  Having a community of ladies to keep me accountable, plus the competition of the challenge, plus all the challenge extra training from Holly, is what I need to stay motivated.

Here is a before and after shot from a 12 day tighter tummy mini-challenge that was inside this Summer’s 6 week challenge.

All I did was what Holly told me to do and stayed within healthy eating guidelines for a nursing mom.  If a 35 year old mom of 6 can do this in just 12 days.  What can you do?  Are you ready to come out of your cocoon?

That’s amazing. To be honest, when you last recommended it, I bought the system – back in September or October of last year. I used it for about a month when I found out I was pregnant. Oops.

I need to dig it out and reread it. My baby is 8 weeks old today, it’s time!

Curious as I am a grocery shrink member and a fit yummy mummy but not a club fit yummy mummy member due to cost and I felt it lacked some food wise-do you eat as your menus dictate and just eat the fit mama way, or do you make additional changes?

    • Angela says:

Marnie, I eat similar things that are in the weekly menus in the fit mama section. Depending on where I am in the contest phase, I may pull pack even further on the whole grains. Since I test some recipes for the next week, I’m a little out of order in applying the menus in my own home–but I pull from my personal menus and choices when writing the fit mama section.

Thanks Angela. Things are still tight around here and we are super busy. I have found a lot of value in your menus – more so than the club fym was for me, but I saved up to try this challenge. I just needed to know it was doable without having to cook separately for me and the family. I appreciate all you do!

Hi Angela, I just sign up for the basic package for FYM. Can you tell me a litte how it works? I have downloaded the 4 newsletters. Do I get weekly emails of menus? Is there anything else other than the newsletters?? Thanks!!

I clicked on your link from the post. I am signed up with your menus on Fridays. Will FYM be menus as well? Will I get emails of what to eat and what exercises to do?

  6. Angela Coffman: The Grocery Shrink via Facebook says:

My friday emails come with a fit mama section that will help you through the supportive eating. FYM is not menus, but a guide to help you create your own plus detailed exercise instructions. If you purchased the $37 ebook package you should have gotten a link to a download page with several ebooks and videos. Check your inbox. Also the ebook package gives you one month free at clubfym. The registration to the fall challenge ends at noon today eastern time. So in 30 MINUTES! If you work really fast you can get signed up in time. If not, you can still follow along unofficially.
